Keolis MHI Business Continuity Management Policy provides the goals and principles for effective management of disruptions and ensure Business Continuity during the lifecycle of Keolis MHI activities.
Basic Principles:
The Business Continuity Management (BCM) Policy is established to govern the Business Continuity Management Programme and all Keolis-MHI Employees shall adhere to it. The BCM Policy, comprising of five (6) policy statements, are to be treated as mandatory statements.
Policy Statements:
Establishment of the BCM Programme: Keolis-MHI shall adopt a structured Business Continuity Management System for its Mission Critical Activities, for resumption of business operations within an acceptable recovery period that is compatible with its strategic corporate direction taking account of the interest of its stakeholders.
Leadership: The Crisis Management Team (CMT) shall demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the BCM Programme.
Organisational Support: Keolis-MHI shall determine and provide the resources needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the BCM Programme.
Operational Implementation: Keolis-MHI shall plan, implement and control the BCM processes needed to meet BCM objectives and implement the actions required to meet all Business Continuity Planning (BCP) requirements.
Evaluation and Improvement: Keolis-MHI shall evaluate the performance and the effectiveness of the BCM Programme for continuous improvement at defined intervals and when significant changes occur in Keolis-MHI in line with industry best practice, to increase the resilience of the firm to disruptive events.
Awareness: Keolis-MHI shall actively build and embed a Business Continuity culture throughout the organization, and outward into our key suppliers, contractors by communicating the Keolis-MHI Business Continuity Plan , responsibilities and requirements to all.
