Keolis MHI Rail Management and Operation (KM) is committed to working collaboratively with all of its stakeholders and partners - particularly, the Roads & Transport Authority (the RTA) to help shape and realise its vision. We will deliver our contractual obligations by working closely with the RTA and its partners to deliver service excellence every day.
Our management system provides us with strategic framework to develop, with our key client, the RTA and other stakeholders, the appropriate policies, processes, culture and behaviours that are required to establish successful collaborative relations and drive continual improvement. Maintaining our collaborative business relations will lead to improved benefits for KM, its stakeholders and the RTA.
Our people are at the centre of everything we do, and we are committed to ensure that they are supported with appropriate training and effective communication to develop their technical competences, collaborative abilities and the right behaviours. This will ensure that they meet our business objectives and support a collaborative environment to deliver value to our customers and to mutually benefit our partners and stakeholders.
Individual specific responsibilities for implementing our management system will be delegated to appropriate managers and staff of KM and they will be audited regularly to evaluate the on-going effectiveness, efficiency and suitability.
